RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns
Most returns are accepted! Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery for refund to the same method of payment or store credit. (store credit does not expire). If the item(s) are received after the designated time frame the return will not be accepted. All items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all original tags must still be attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchange
Exchanges must be received within 10 days of receipt. Due to constant inventory changes, please understand that quantities are limited. If we do not have the exact item in stock to exchange, we can offer store credit in return. (Store credit does not expire.) All exchanges must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all original tags must still be attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged/Wrong Product
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will pay the return shipping. You have 2 days from day of delivery to report the wrong/defective item or the return will not be accepted. All original tags must still be attached. Please email us at hocoemporium@gmail.com or call us at 936-222-1346 immediately upon inspection of damaged or incorrect item(s).
